17:38 CET - Andrey Rublev (25) has somehow, somehow, reached the quarter-finals of Doha, after mounting an extraordinary comeback against Tallon Griekspoor (26) to win 1-6 6-1 7-6(6).
Griekspoor was serving for the match at 5-3, 40-15 in the final set, but failed to take three match points in that game before being broken back and losing the contest in a tight tie break.
15:52 CET - Felix Auger-Aliassime (22) was made to work hard, but he is into the quarter-finals of Doha after beating Jason Kubler (29) 4-6 6-1 6-4.
