17:35 CET - World number six Coco Gauff (19) has been bundled out of the Madrid Open by Paula Badosa (25). The Spaniard made light work of the young American, winning 6-3, 6-0.
16:07 CET - Dusan Lajovic (32) is in the form of his life at the moment. After beating Novak Djokovic on his way to the Banja Luka title, he's now knocked out seventh seed Felix Auger-Aliassime (22) in Madrid, winning 6-2, 3-6, 7-6.
The Canadian isn't the only seed to be beaten in the last few hours, with Munich finalist Botic van de Zandschulp (27) losing to Aslan Karatsev (29).
